A very good friend of mine (a fellow artist and self-proclaimed ‘Creativist’) asked me to consult with her on a kitchen renovation in her Lakeside-area home in Richmond, VA.
After a somewhat lengthy bit of deliberation and consultation I decided that I would tackle the project, hands-on, myself. Working with my friend’s vision, together with my own, we created a really artistic space by turning her small kitchen into a much larger one by removing the wall that divided the former dining area and kitchen.
One big challenge that was going to be new to me and test my skills was the installation of a brushed-nickel tin ceiling! The end result was amazing!
