This 1920’s home in the historic Churchill District was the first home I attempted to renovate after I left 15 years of working for the government behind. Except for the actual “behind-the-walls” plumbing I did 95% of the work myself and learned MANY lessons in the process – some good, some bad! The finished project sold fairly quickly and was a model on the street for what could be accomplished in neighborhoods suffering urban blight. Enjoy the BEFORE & AFTER slide-show!
